General Return Policy
•All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase.
•The original Online Purchase Receipt must accompany all returns.
•The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it is defective.
•The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
•The merchandise must be returned with vendor and price tags attached.
•Footwear must be returned in the original box, with stickers attached.
•Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective.
•Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your footwear should be resolved before wearing them outside.
